By accessing or using PostMore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostMore provides a mobile application that helps users create and schedule content for X (formerly Twitter) through:

  • Voice-to-text transcription and AI-powered tweet generation
  • Scheduled prompts and reminders to maintain posting consistency
  • Content scheduling and management features
  • Integration with X for posting content

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with X's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use the Service to create, share, or schedule harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Not attempt to circumvent or interfere with the Service's security features
  • Not use automated means to abuse or overload the Service

3.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. By using our voice-to-tweet feature, you grant us a limited license to process your voice recordings solely for the purpose of generating tweet content. You are solely responsible for all content you post to X through the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI technology (Google Gemini) to transcribe voice recordings and generate tweet suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should be reviewed before posting
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before posting to X
  • AI processing may occasionally produce errors or unexpected results

5. Scheduled Posts and X Integration

When you schedule posts through the Service:

  • We do not guarantee delivery at exact scheduled times
  • Scheduled posts are subject to X's API availability and rate limits
  • You remain responsible for all posted content
  • We are not liable for failed posts, delays, or X account suspensions
  • You may cancel scheduled posts at any time before they are sent

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by PostMore and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your IP

You retain ownership of your voice recordings and generated content. We claim no ownership over content you create using the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTMORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any content posted through the Service
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • Failed or delayed scheduled posts
  • Actions taken by X in response to your content
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostMore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including X's terms
  • Content you create, post, or schedule through the Service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
